I NEVER write reviews, but here goes. I had a complicated situation with new doctors, new insurance and using Pain Managemant for the first time. Everything new. I was switching over medication from a previous carrier and my new insurance didn’t cover a necessary medication I need daily. The insurance company was stalling to give an answer on coverage and Alto jumped right in and coordinated with my doctors and the insurance company. They even helped do some research to find out if there were comparable drugs that were covered by my insurance should the insurance company deny my request for the medication. Pain Managemant was responsive and helpful. They called when text just wasn’t enough and they came through knowing I was running out of on-hand medication. This is the first pharmacy I have ever used that has made me feel like a person who matters and not just a number. Thanks, Pain Managemant . I really appreciate your help, especially Chris.
